Return & Refund Policy – Tinymoose Electronics Co. L.L.C

We want you to love your Tinymoose purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.


UAE Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and complete with all accessories

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • You may use your own courier or request a return label from us

To initiate a return, email us at support@tinymoose.co with your order number and reason for return.


International Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • If we provide a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund (equal to your original shipping fee)

To start a return, email support@tinymoose.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the product (if defective)

Note: Returns must be approved before shipping. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at support@tinymoose.co if your item is:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrived defective or damaged, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Returns must be approved by our support team before shipping.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earbuds)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Returns requested after 14 days

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before returning.


Exchanges

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you if the refund is approved

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@tinymoose.co.


Warranty

All Tinymoose products come with a 1-year limited warranty.
If your item develops a fault within 12 months of purchase, please contact our support team with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.
