Return & Refund Policy

Summary

We do not accept physical returns. If your item is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement—no need to mail anything back.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in Tinymoose products.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) issues reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Carrier damage reported within 7 days of delivery (with photos).

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, cosmetic damage.

  • Water or liquid damage.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.

  • Delays or issues caused by customs inspections or refusal of entry.

Warranty (Replacement-Only)

  • Duration: 6 months from delivery.

  • Remedy: We provide a replacement unit for confirmed defects.

  • No returns required. Do not ship items back to us.

This warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights that vary by state or country.

DOA & Damaged-in-Transit

  • Report within 30 days (DOA) or 7 days (shipping damage).

  • Include photos of the product and packaging (for transit damage).

  • We’ll ship a replacement once approved.

Lost Packages

  • If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll replace the order.

  • If signature confirmation was purchased and shows delivered, we’ll review case-by-case.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Prepare your order number, a brief issue description, and clear photos/video showing the defect (and packaging photos for transit damage).

  2. Email: support@tinymoose.co

  3. We’ll verify the claim and ship your replacement within 2 business days of approval.

You do not need to return the defective unit. Please recycle responsibly (see below).

Refunds & Change-of-Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or issue refunds. Refunds are only provided where required by law or if Tinymoose expressly authorizes one for a specific case.

Orders via Retail Partners (Carro Network)

  • Retail partners: Do not refund without Tinymoose approval.

  • Direct all defect or DOA claims to support@tinymoose.co with the retailer PO/Order # and customer proof.

  • Tinymoose will issue a replacement directly; no return shipping is required.

  • If a refund is approved by Tinymoose, we will notify the retailer in writing.

Processing Times

  • Claim review: within 2 business days.

  • Replacement shipping: within 2 business days after approval.

  • Tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

Environmental Responsibility

Please do not mail back defective items. Recycle electronics and batteries at a local e-waste facility per your city’s guidelines.
